"All in all we enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was clean but could use some updating. Checking in is not convenient. You need to pickup and return the keys five miles down the road and the office closes at 5pm. Communication with the owner and manager was good. Location was awesome. There is a sports complex/park across the unit. Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Pickle Ball, playground and splash pad (wasn’t open yet). Beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, not 2 minutes. "The condo is nice and very clean. Our first problem was we had 2 vehicles and one parking spot. I didn’t read anywhere in the description that there was only one spot. So it was up to us to find expensive parking miles away and figure out how to make it work. Next problem was the listing stated that the living room had 2 couches with ample sitting or something like that… it didn’t. We had one worn couch and one soft chair. We had to sit in kitchen hardback chairs. Next problem… the rules state...

"Location was perfect. Just across the street from John's Pass with a crosswalk - stay was good for what we needed. Short walk to pool and beach, didn't have to use the car much if we didn't want to. The down side is, we were not given check in instructions prior to arrival so I had to message host to get info after my in-laws had gone to the office (no one there btw). There was also no parking information given up front as to where to go. Parked in guest spot to check in then had to move later....

"The room was old but clean and quant. There was a festival going on and we could look out over the event and walk to it. We thought there was a pool to use but I feel was misinformed. I'm guessing the pool was at the condo's and not the hotel but we could walk to the beach and see the beautiful sunset. I would definitely go there again. "
