The staff here is great. Anthony checked me in and got me in early. He was very busy but was exceptionally pleasant. The place is simple but clean and well located. The Reef Bar and Grill is right next door-great vibe!

The room was not very clean and the shower curtain fell down just after taking a shower. This motel is conveniently located directly across a busy street from the beach so the location is good, but the property is fairly rundown and in need of some repairs.

Such wonderful service! So friendly and welcoming and allowed us to check in early! Working so hard on doing all the repairs from the hurricane damage! Will definitely visit again!

This was a nice place and was just remodeled from the hurricane but it was very dirty from the remodel. It seemed no one came in and did a cleanup from the construction crew. A lot of drywall dust in the bathroom that turned into mud after showering. We did enjoy the location, the pool and and the restaurant rright next door!

This hotel is doing great for all the issues from the hurricane which is why i have the low scores. I am sure that as soon as things get back to normal it will be excellent. I am looking forward to go again. So i will update as needed.

They screwed me and charge to park on their own property. Bad business. The toilets didn't flush no hot water the sink drain was all blocked up. A Dump to the highest degree

My fave place to stay in Mad Beach. Several places to walk to, beach access right across the street, parking is easy and always treated great by staff. So happy to see them reopened after Helene and can’t wait to see the new lobby and bottom floor rooms once remodeled!

We stayed 1 night in a king suite. The living area is huge, but the amenities are zero. No hair dryer, no bottle opener (not even at front desk),tiny tiny soap n shampoo. And the room was not very clean, especially the floors (yuk). We love Madeira beach and have been many times. I understand they are struggling after the 2024 hurricanes, but $200 /nt for this room, and the lack of cleanliness and amenities are not gonna help. Oh, and they charge you an extra $16 to park. The pool looked very nice though. And the bed was comfortable.

Perfect perfect
What a great place to stay, even after two hurricanes they got the pool up and running. They were quiet during remodeling the staff and everybody was amazing. I highly recommended go to this place.

The hotel is working on getting everything in good shape after Helene and Milton. The staff was friendly and help us with everything we needed. They deserve to have a break after all the work they are putting to have the facilities back to were they were before the hurricanes that hit Madeira Beach. A round of applause to all of them.
