"We had a lovely stay at John’s place! The one bed one bath was perfect for my partner and I with our two dogs. The fenced in yard and privacy fence were so nice to have along with an outdoor shed full of beach gear. The location is super close to the beach and many bars and restaurants on the main strip. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again."

"This property offered everything my husband and I were looking for. The cottages are perfect. The space is perfect. The amenities are just as described. The neighborhood surrounding the property is quiet. The pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen area has something to offer for everyone. The beach is walkable, as are many wonderful restaurants. Each cottage has plenty of beach towels, a shed with the convenience of beach chairs, an ice chest, a beach umbrella, and a wagon. And two bicycles. The cottage...

"We enjoyed our stay, very well stocked. A little small but very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The chair in the living room could use an update, kinda hard to get in and out of and a little unsturdy. Pool area was very nice, but the pool could have been vacuumed a bit, a lot of sand near the steps and on the bottom of the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, people were very nice, the location is great, walking distance to may places. Thanks again!"

"We liked the privacy since the sidewalk does not go by the door and it is far from the road. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Dave the manager and Sue the cleaner were hospitable and accommodating. The beach is right across the street and there are places nearby to walk to for meals out. The room was equipped with lots of towels including pool towels. Having a coin washer and dryer on site was helpful. We loved our stay and plan on coming back again!"

"Loved this quaint tiny cottage near the beach. So relaxing and well cared for pool and landscaping. The other cottage couples were a delight as well when we met up with them at the pool area. Very close to beach and easy to walk or bike to restaurants or shopping. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the Mermaid cottage!"

"I like the easy pin code check in process but I was not able to speak with anyone about parking and didn’t know How to get pre approval to park overnight in the garage and also pay 35.00 for the night! Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!"
