Staff members were very friendly charming and very polite and attentive, all your needs are covered. Our stay in our room was very pleasant and we upgraded to a two double beds in the room. If you are looking for charm and comfort this hotel offers just that. Highly recommended.. it’s a five star.. "

"My first time staying at one of these German Hotel interlopers and it far exceeded my expections. Far superior to their rivals such as Ibis and Holiday Inn Express. It was spolessly clean and the staff were a revelation, with customer service actually being carried out. Although all staff were fantastic special mention must be given to Tianna, nothing was too much trouble for her and she carried out any issues I had, which including a partial refund when I had to leave unexpectedly early, calmly and without any fuss. Thank you so much Tianna. I am due to return to Machester in June and I will try and book Motel One, although its popularity is steadily increasing."
