Had a problem with the door on first room and the housekeepers did their best to resolve it but it was a broken handle. Front desk upgraded me to a really super room. All in all, everyone at this Hampton Inn treats the guests like they're in a top tier Hilton property! "

"I was worried when it was a motel and not a hotel. The outside also did not look the best. However, the room was SUPER clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with very soft sheets. There were no hairs in the tub or sink. There were no hairs in the towels either which even expensive hotels have in them these days. The only down side was they were pretty stingy with towels and washcloths etc. We would definitely stay here again. "
