Nice, cozy cottage and centrally located in relation to the places we wanted to go. It was just a quick weekend trip to stop in at the Banana Pudding Festival and shopping in Franklin.

My dogs and I enjoyed our stay so very much!! Large fenced area for dogs to exercise, well stocked kitchen, clean, washer and dryer and the projector for watching TV was outstanding!! Thank you 😊

I booked this property on my way out on a roadtrip, and then booked it again for my trip back. Best place I stayed on my whole trip. If you are travelling with dogs who need a place to stretch their legs, this is the place!

Nice Break After A Long Drive
Working our way back across the country, and this was one of the stops. Nice quiet place to relax after a day on the road. Our beagle really enjoyed the yard.

Lovely Cottage
The cottage was as described. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could need. Even though it is a short distance from the highway it was very private. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Visit to Tennessee
Came down for the long weekend for a wedding and to visit family. Wonderful location for us near family and not far from town. Great amenities. Loved having a fenced in yard for our dog. The temps were in the 80s so the ACs did a wonderful job keeping it cool. Loved the use of the google devices. Overall wonderful place to stay would stay again definitely way more comfortable than any hotel.

My husband and daughter stayed overnight on their way to Atlanta.
My husband raved about the proximity to stores, gas, and the highway! He walked me through the home on Facetime and we both commented that it looked exactly like the photos. Peaceful smaller house in country setting
This is a great smaller house in the country; beautiful setting, impeccable house, lots of amenities. This is perfect for a small family or couple. Very modern and yet rustic. Wish we had had more time to stay: we rented this in lieu of a hotel for a nearby conference and I’m so glad we did.

Beautiful house
The house is absolutely beautiful and has an even more beautiful yard. Huge yard with lots of birds and squirrels and rabbits to keep you smiling. Humming birds right on the porch feeding (I whipped a new full batch of juice for them so they should be good for a month). Highly recommend this property for anyone to stay at.

Perfect Getaway
We stayed at the Magnolia Cottage for a short getaway and it was perfect! The place was spotless, the property was beautiful and tucked away from the hustle of TN. We were able to go into Nashville for shopping and the night life, but then come back and sleep really well in peace, without the sounds of the downtown or the interstate. Our host was fantastic to deal with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this property for any couple looking for a peaceful getaway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful cottage
Magnolia cottage was exactly as advertised. The cottage was very clean and organized. Also, my spouse and I appreciated the binoculars that were provided for bird watching. We weren't able to use the fire pit but I thought that was very nice, and the provided fire wood was fantastic. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this cottage.

We absolutely loved this cabin and the decor. It was so comfortable and inviting. Loved the little notes left around the cabin to give instructions or suggestions. The yard was beautifully maintained and our pup loved it. I have to also mention the doggy door/room/deck was adorable! Thank you so much.
