The Franklin (Leipers Fork) French Country Cottage (Tennessee)

Located perfectly in between Downtown Franklin and Leipers Fork (8 minutes to either) and only 3.5 miles from the Natchez Trace Parkway double arch bridge. Located on one of the most beautiful roads in Williamson County. Think large tracts of land, and 4 board fences (and maybe even a castle disguised as a recording studio!) This French Country themed Franklin cottage was designed for comfort and convenience. Whether you are coming to make music or memories, this can be your home away from home. 3 full bedrooms (master with king bed and private bath, bedroom 2 with queen, and bedroom 3 with bunk beds and a trundle bed) give plenty of space to sprawl out. Our family and friends seem to congregate to one of 3 places, so we made those extra special. #1 the kitchen: Extra large, with island seating and a extra long workspace with extra seating. Complete with double ovens, refrigerator, smooth surface cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, Vitamix, and a kettle to heat the water for your tea. #2 the Family Room: also extra large with a super comfy leather sectional from Pottery Barn, extra chairs, a desk in the corner, and a 58" LED TV with a Roku. #3 is the Back Patio: Covered for comfort, with plenty of seating and a big back yard for a game of catch or to let the kids tire themselves out. There are more amazing places to eat within a 10 minute drive that you'll need to come back time and again to try them all, but if you want to eat in and have a nice sit down dinner, the formal dining table seats 6. Need to work between your play? We've got you covered with ultra fast high speed WIFI. Staying for a while or have some clothes you need to wash before you head out?

Franklin Family Trip
We had a great stay at this house. It was very close to Old Franklin and easy access to the interstate. It’s in a very nice area and the house was clean and had cute furnishings.

We couldn’t have felt more welcome. Loved this charming home . Sat outside in the morning with our coffee and listened to the birds chirp and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable beds and all the amenities to make our stay a great experience.

We rented this property to attend a 40th birthday celebration in Franklin. Although we weren’t able to use the nice backyard area, the inside was roomy with a large gathering room/kitchen/dining area. Will consider this property again if we come back to Franklin.

A home away from home
Nicely situated, great back yard with fire pit and lots of seating, outside lighting. Very homey indoors with lots of space and well appointed kitchen. Owners were very responsive to any issues ( we stayed for a month). Close to so many places but surrounded by beautiful horse farms!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. However, we did have a major issue. Our refrigerator smelled horrible of fish. It a new spotless refrigerator, but it reaking of fish. We tried to clean it. Also not enough towels for the bathroom or kitchen. All in all.

Abou 5 minutes from Leipers Fork and downtown Franklin. Large kitchen and living room with a nice covered outdoor space. Very easy check in & out as well as great communication with owner.

This home was spacious yet gave us a cozy vibe. From the comfortable beds, to the exceptionally well-appointed kitchen..we enjoyed the short time we stayed. This property was everything we needed with a spacious living area, kitchen, and a good location to see Tennessee for the first time. The owners were very kind and extremely responsive with questions, especially when we needed the code at check-in. It was super late at night and they replied immediately to our inquiry.

Family Thanksgiving
We loved this house in Franklin, TN! The house was absolutely perfect for us to all get together for Thanksgiving! House is close to everything but still have the quite country surroundings! The kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out as a family! We felt at home right away and had everything we needed for our stay! The house has all the amenities you need for your stay. Communication with the owners was great they’re very responsive. Check in was quick and very simple. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Girls Get Away
This house was perfect for a weekend with college friends. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The house has a huge kitchen and living room. We had plenty of space to relax and catch up. Everything was clean and having the linens provided was a big help. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.
