Timber Ridge is a 600 sf cozy cabin apartment, 2 miles from the Natchez Trace and 6 miles southwest of Franklin Business district (Cool Springs), historic Franklin, and Battle of Franklin sites in a beautiful hillside, wooded setting. Built as a vacation rental with total privacy in mind for the guest, the owners live upstairs and have separate entrances for the guest - there is no “common area”. The guest enters through the red door on the side, see the pictures! Only 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and all of its attractions. This getaway on 9 acres of wooded hills sits in a Gatlinburg-like setting. Beautiful stone wood burning fireplace with 50 inch smart HD television make the nights very cozy in this ideal setting. Giga-speed fiber internet and YouTube TV with over 100 channels are both included. In the middle of a famous biking, hiking and scenic drive area year-round.

Country kitchenette, which includes stainless steel dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator, can be used for breakfast/meals. Outdoor patio includes hot tub, grill and Adirondack chairs.

It was a nice weekend getaway. The property and surrounding area was scenic, quiet and just what we were looking for. The little town that’s 5-10 minutes away had good food spots and everyone was friendly. The hosts were very accommodating, hospitable, and helpful.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful cozy spot in the middle of everything!
We loved our stay here. We planned a three night stop on our way across country so we could check out Nashville. It is nicely located away from the crowd but close enough to go see whatever draws you to Music City. Very nice inside and perfect for a couple or small family. Our dog loved it also!

Loved the peaceful location. Not to far from what we wanted to go to (Broadway ~ Nissan Stadium for the Billy Joel/Stevie Nicks concert ~ Grand Ole Opry) The hot tub was very relaxing! Although you are 4 minutes from the closest Kroger, you feel like you are deep in the woods. So easy to get to and convenient to Nachez Parkway, Liepers Fork, Franklin. Spotless property allows dogs and couldn’t be more beautiful

Excellent little place.
Prefect place with and excellent view. Just far enough away from everything that it quiet and enjoyable. But but still close enough that Nashville is about 25 minutes away and Franklin is only about 10 minutes away. The cabin is very well kept and clean. By far one of the best rentals I have had.

Timber ridge review
Property very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Bed very comfortable. Sleeper couch can use an upgrade as it was very uncomfortable in my opinion. I do recommend updating the listing photos to clearly display the clients will be staying under the host’s house as I feel the listing details are a tad vague again in my opinion. There was a lot of noise coming from the hosts above late at night. Over all 3/5 wouldn’t recommend going here with small kids but would for a couple without small kids.

Beautiful view of the Forrest right out our living room window. As described, kitchen is minimal, best for breakfast and leftovers. Hosts were gracious and easy to reach with last minute questions. We explored Franklin and surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a couple
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin is rustic and romantic, perfect getaway for 2. It was clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were fantastic. Highlight was definitely the hot tub, lights and view on the outdoor deck. If you are concerned about privacy- don't be! It felt very secluded. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

LOVE this place!!
We fell in love with Franklin and Nashville and this place was the icing on the cake! It is so cozy and inviting! Most nights we’d fall asleep on the couch as we’d worn ourselves out! We’d eventually make it to the comfy bed and rest just long enough to get up and explore again! Everything was spotless! We had everything we needed and even got to do laundry before we left. Thank you for opening your little piece of heaven to us!!
