"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and had a settee which is useful to relax. The breakfast has good options but it could do with a speedier replenishment. The bathroom could do with more space or hooks to put stuff. Inside the shower cubicle, the shelf is too high to reach. Perhaps, the bathroom should have an outer door incorporated so that clothes can be put outside the shower cubicle. The best thing I like is their laundry facilities. Common area is clean and has everything we needed. The room is adequate. Shower has good water pressure. "Room while small, is very clean and comfortable! Reasonable price. Close to subway and bus stations that take you to Taipei Station within 20 mins if you time the public transportation right. Lots of good food around the hotel, & the hotel itself also is a cafe where you can order food and drinks at the lobby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to introduce you to the hotel surrounding. Very recommending, and definitely will stay there again when I visit Taipei in the future! "
