"Was private and gated. Property is nice and clean. Loved walking out on the pier through the mangroves. Very much disliked the layout of the rooms. Description said sleeps six and showed 3 beds, however that was deceptive. One room has a king bed. The other has a king bed with a full size bed in the room with it, beds are facing each other. So if you dont want to sleep with your kids in the room or perhaps another couple. Do not select room 203. Other than that was a good place to stay. "

"I am so grateful to this property owner for not only being very easy to reach but allowing us to host Thanksgiving here! Our wedding was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and with our families in town we asked to have them over and he was so gracious. "We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the water was spectacular, and we enjoyed taking it in from both inside the condo as well as the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the island. We had easy access to the kioskos in Luquillo, laying and snorkeling (separately) in Fajardo, and hiking in El Yunque. "

"We had such a wonderful stay in Luquillo! The property was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the action. We LOVED the outdoor kitchen/living area. I was initially nervous about mosquitos, but they were not an issue. We were able to explore the rainforest and go to the beach during our four day stay - both are equally as close. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.Mary was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We cannot wait to return to lovely Luquillo!"
