"The villa is nice and clean. The upstairs terrace is wonderful. The owner and the property manager are very attentive and responsive to communication. The pool is perfect. Overall, it is a very quiet, clean complex. My family and I didn't love Seven Seas beach which was the main reason we chose this location. You have to cross some large, sharp, rocky areas to enter the ocean and the water was very cloudy while we were there. No ability to snorkel at all even though some sites say this beach...

We absolutely love the heated pool. The host, Winnie was amazing. She provided check in details with pictures to help us find the place. I loved the detail. "We had such a great time at Carlos' property in Humacao. Palmas del Mar is a great location with many beaches, pools, shops and restaurants within the community, as well as lots of additional amenities within Humacao proper. The property that we had originally booked had a maintenance issue shortly before our stay, so Carlos moved us to another of his properties, in Mare Sereno, which was absolutely gorgeous. "The condo was very nice, we especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Check in and out was easy and quick. We rented a golf cart so the teens could go off on their on, which they really enjoyed. There are chairs in the main grassy area that an attendant will unlock and take to the beach for you. Lots of restaurants and a small store, which was very convenient. Only drawback to the location was all the seaweed in the ocean. However, this seems to be many places these days. Overall, the...
