"Everything was perfect thank you"

"My family of 4 enjoyed this property. Pros: There was always a place by the pool or at the beach. In fact, I've never visited a resort where I didn't have to play the towel game. Even if I slept till 9 and went to the beach, I could always find a chair and umbrella (to me, this is priceless). The room was nice and clean. We had excellent service each day and were refilled with water and coffee pods for the next morning. The resort didn't feel crowded, and most of the staff was very friendly. Views, not even the ocean view, from the room was breathtaking. Cons: For some reason they have half of the building closed off for renovations but still do work on the wing that is occupied. My kids were woken up each morning at 7:30AM, and with teenagers, they weren't so pleased. I understand renovations are necessary, but there is a better way to section off the hotel to minimize the disruption to guests. Despite complaints, they don't seem to understand how to accomplish this. Also, resort fees were a little on the pricey side. I thought it was odd they put $1,400 on hold on my credit card and they actually charged $900 upon departure for fees and some of the food/drinks we put on the room. Overall, we liked this place a lot. "

"I found the location to be excellent, and the kitchenette well-stocked with cooking utensils. The manager, Cristobal, was also very helpful to me when I was having lots of challenges accessing the internet. I very much appreciated his kindness and help finding places nearby. "

"The pool was awesome. The staff was amazing. Especially liked the main bar bartenders, Ruben and Raymond. They were great guys to talk with, and made our experience a lot more fun! Rooms were always clean and beds were very comfortable. Only bad thing there was the no-seeum bugs that bite like crazy.... we would definitely return! "

"Excellent place to stay! The place is lovely and everything is better than expected! I like the decorations all over the unit but hope there would be more empty room for guests. The kitchen counter is small and an extension would be appreciated. "
