"The customer service is unrivaled! From management to cleaning people, everyone is so friendly and accommodating.Margaritas or refreshing water offered upon check in. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with coffee and fridge in the room. Great views of the lake. Valet parking is a little pricey but we found it to be so convenient it was worth it. Special shout out to Jared and Carissa who took such good care of us. There's a long haired gentlemen that is a valet who made our trips around town fun and informative ( so sorry, didn't catch his name but he is a keeper). Highly recommend the Van Zandt!"
