The property was very clean and secure. There was an issue with the code lock on the door not working but they gave us a physical key and key fob to get in and out of the room. It is right next to the highway so there is some noise if you’re not used to it. Otherwise I would highly recommend and stay there again.

TV did not work in the first room they put me in, and the second room was infested with cockroaches. I told them I didn’t want to stay another night (booked two nights) and asked both the management and Expedia for a refund on my second night. Management agreed to that but I have still not received it, and Expedia has stopped communicating with me. Terrible experience with both this hotel and Expedia.

Really great stay; however, there was a lack of communication on additional charges when we arrived for our stay. The charges are understandable and reasonable for the duration and quality of stay but the lack of communication of charges prior to check in was unappreciated. We went in knowing this is a self-service apartment with little to no interaction with staff necessary. However, any interaction we had with the desk was friendly, courteous and a credit to the property. We're used to travelling this way, and made full use of the apartment facilities which included a kitchen, pull down bed, full bathroom, lots of storage, and a lounge area. We arrived to find the apartment very clean and tidy, with everything we needed to get settled in. There are plenty of stores within walking distance to stock up the kitchen for your stay, and the delivery apps all serve the area with groceries and take out food. There was no safe in the room but the door works by six-digit code and as the room's cleaning is your own responsibility, nobody is going in and out of the room unless you pay for the optional cleaning service. Overall, most guests obeyed the quiet-time rules, though the walls and spaces do allow sound in, so expect a little noise from surrounding apartments or outside in the courtyard. The whole building was immaculately clean, there's a gym, pool, and lifts and stairwells to get around the place. It feels modern, well-maintained and in a good location for downtown, with the more trendy areas only a half hour walk or short cab ride away. It's also only a 20-30 minutes drive from the airport and major retail parks for the super targets and Walmarts. I'd stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family.
