"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"This room was great! It was very spacious and had all the amenities, including a full kitchen and even a washing machine. The room was very clean and instructions for check in and check out were very thorough. The staff is very quick to respond. The tub did have a leak after I tooka shower, but other than that, everything was great! "Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. It has a TV, it's like 15". No use. It...

"A very sweet apartment. It has a lovely outside patio. Sadly our rainy weather did let us make use of it. My only suggestion is to have a booklet for guests explaining how the Wi-Fi, coffee pot, stove etc works. (And a little TLC all around)!"
