"The property was very spacious, clean, and right in the heart of Lugano. We were able to explore Lugano very easily from this location! We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of prosecco:) The unit had a private washer and dryer, which was super convenient to get our laundry done during our extended vacation. The unit didn't have a lot of kitchen equipment to cook meals & while the unit was very spacious for European standards, it seemed too big & a little empty & cold. The central...

"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"Smooth checkin with good instructions. The property is on a lovely mountain village with good access to Como area, Lugano and Monte Generoso. The property has a well equipped kitchen and a playground next door which was very useful as we travelled with kids."

"Amazing view from the dining room, balcony, master bedroom, kitchen and terrace! Gerra beach / Lido is a hidden gem. Worth knowing that the pool is unseated (or cold) at 19 degrees centigrade. Construction site next door was happily not active. Some areas of garden are not child friendly as very steep drop. That all said a a great location and great views. "

"Klimaanlage extrem laut. Kondenswasser muß man ständig leeren. Dusche sanierungsbedürftig , Duschwanne gerissen und stinkt ekelhaft nach Schimmel aus der Duschwanne. Nicht zu empfehlen ! "

"I stayed on my own at the Little Lugano apartment. It was a wonderful respite from a busy trip. The windows provided a nice view of the neighboring park, and Monte Brè. The kitchen is well stocked, and the washer and drier came in handy. The management company was quite responsive to my questions. I look forward to returning with my spouse for an anniversary someday."

"This was a super cute place right in the heart of Lugano. Shopping minutes away. Main bus station less than a 5 minute walk. Building was easy to get in and out of. Arrival directions were clear and easy to follow. Look forward to returning in the future!"
