"Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

"Wow! Just about says it all. We wanted a home for a short stay to try and find the place we both met fifty four years ago. We didn't realise when booking this Cottage that we were only a mile or so away.The cottage is beautiful. It was clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our holiday. The village also had everything we needed and our Dog absolutely loved the walks and the beaches as did we. "The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking."

"What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...

"A very friendly host. Great location for walking on heath land and the Suffolk coastal path. Within easy reach of Minsmere and Sutton Hoo. Thorpeness is a very interesting fantasy coastal resort developed for the wealthy in the early 20th century. Worth a visit for its architecture alone."
