"A luxurious and beautiful home, with ample space for four people, but, no dishwasher! Washing up by hand took the edge of our stay a little. The area, especially Framlingham, is pretty and interesting."

"We enjoyed our stay and the property was in a good location for us, a short walk from the beach and Bus stops so we didn't need to worry about finding parking. Our only problem was that the stairs are quite steep and, being retired and not in the best of health, my husband struggled with that."

The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "A fantastic family home from home although the area not so good the nearby park was full of drunks and druggies so couldnt be enjoyed. The undercover area could do with a face lift as it was very dirty so this let the property down a bit over all a great house just wish we could of picked it up and moved it somewhere nicer."
