"We stayed at Lord Darby cottage at Barn Owl Glade over the Easter weekend 2025 ... and it was fantastic!So much to do for the kids - hot tub, heated swimming pool, games room including a pool table and Nintendo, swings, table tennis, feeding sheep.The cottage was well equipped featuring two single beds in one bedroom and one double in the other. Each bedroom had an en-suite and individual temperature controlled radiators.The lounge area was fine for 4 with a good sized TV, table and chairs and...

Just make sure you don’t have to change anything as cottages.com the most unfriendly and non flexible company to try and deal with if less than 7 weeks before you go you have no chance of any help or assistance from them. Property and location great just don’t have a lowered vehicle or will struggle in the lane"

"We enjoyed our stay, the chalet was spotlessly clean, good location for fishing direct from the garden. Train station 5minutes walk away, easy for traveling to Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Parking on site. We were not made aware of the £1 electric meter, this would have influenced our booking as we stayed in October when the weather was very mixed and the evenings were drawing in, in Spring and Summer this wouldn’t have been an issue."

"What an absolute gem of a place. Cosy cottage with three bedrooms - all with super comfy beds . The garden at the front is very pretty and although not enclosed , just put our dog on her lead and she loved sniffing around . Rear views over the field. Had everything we needed and the owner Chrissy popped in from next door to welcome us on arrival . She was on tap if we needed any tips or recommendations whilst we were there.
