"Sweet little 2 bed cottage in Reydon which is about a 15 -20 minute walk into Southwold. The cottage is nicely appointed, and the beds were super comfortable and bedding and towels provided. A small carton of milk and some basic staples (tea bags, biscuits) were also provided along with some useful things like dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen towel. The log burner was an enjoyable edition and the shower extremely effective. The bathroom is downstairs which could be a problem for...

"Wonderful chalet. Had a great Christmas stay in Beachside Cottage. Big dog safe garden overlooking the dunes. Lovely layout of house. Nice and warm and cosy. Cooked our Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Brought the table in from the conservatory to eat it. Bedroom are a lovely size too. Winterton is very dog friendly. Have stayed in Winterton many times. Would stay again in this chalet "

"This is my second stay at Admiral Cottage. Stayed with my son and two dog Niya and Cooper. Niya been before. She couldn't wait to get into the cottage. Lovely garden for dogs too. Great layout. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Had new carpet since our last stay which is great. Warm cosy and comfortable. Enjoyed the wood burner too. Will stay again "

"Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

"A very friendly host. Great location for walking on heath land and the Suffolk coastal path. Within easy reach of Minsmere and Sutton Hoo. Thorpeness is a very interesting fantasy coastal resort developed for the wealthy in the early 20th century. Worth a visit for its architecture alone."

"Fantastic place and location, very well equipped, very clean, lovely showers, comfy beds. The only negative were the stairs, not really suitable for the very elderly or disabled! Overall we had a brilliant holiday"

"The property and the location were second to none. James gave us recommendations of places to visit and some local eateries. The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. The house was toasty, and to open the bedroom window and to hear the sea was amazing. "Beautiful cottage in a brilliant location for getting around Suffolk. We enjoyed days out to Orfordness, Sutton Hoo and Framlingham Castle. The view at the back of the cottage is simply stunning. "

"An unusual and beautiful location. We felt lucky to be there. Very peaceful and gorgeous views. There is an unmade road to access and we needed to drive very slowly as we did scrape the bottom the car once or twice from large pot holes. But going very slowly helped. However, once there it is a lovely relaxing location. It is modern and clean with all the general amenities you would need. We were super comfortable there. If you need a dishwasher there isnt one but we were not too bothered...
