"Well decorated, but not staircase friendly-too slippery and steep. Railing must be used. Kitchen fully complete, but could benefit with large stainless steel cooking utensils instead of rubber utensils only. The rugs were nice, but upper bedrooms rugs could benefit tapping around the edges. One senior person tripped several times entering room. Perhaps TV in each bedroom."

"This B&B is a rare gem. The rooms are brilliant. George is warm and excellent host. Any disadvantage from being a bit out from the centre of town is overcome as George provides daily drop off to and pick up from the local MET station which is a speedy, safe and clean service. Highly recommended."

"Stayed this past weekend for a football game at Catholic University. The location was close to the fields, so that was a bonus. Getting there from the airport wasn’t difficult either. Parking was not ideal. There supposedly two first come first serve parking spots behind a teal house, but good luck finding those spots. Street parking is limited as you have to have a zone 5 pass. "The property was just as it was described but also came stocked with some snacks and drinks, which was a really wonderful touch. We had no issues with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return when we have family visiting us in DC. "

"Very nice accommodations and having a parking space was quite convenient. Well-supplied, very clean, and comfortable. There was construction going on across the alley which began early morning but that will be short-term and had nothing to do with this property. Highly recommend this property!"
