"This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++"

"We stayed during a short trip (two nights) to DC with the grandkids. While it's an older building, the unit was very clean and just as described. It was convenient to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping. It suited our purposes perfectly. Communication was prompt and clear. Note that the Metro can be accessed through the parking garage, so if the weather's not the best, very little outside walking is needed."

"This condo is in a wonderful location and is within very short walking distance to a grocery store and several yummy restaurants. It needs more bedding for the pull-out couch and more than 1 large towel per guest, as the washing machine is small, but works fine. Parking can be difficult. It would be REALLY nice if the resident parking pass was available for use during the condo stay, but maybe that isn't an option. Your best option is to park on the block with the Hyatt Hotel. "What a gem this place is! My fiance and I stayed here for a couple of nights after Christmas for a mini getaway, just the two of us. Fantastic views, super clean property, and this space had everything we needed. We grilled, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed some time playing cards next to the fireplace. The location is also down the street from Starbucks, a liquor store, and a grocery store - our essentials ha! Cannot recommend this place enough, thank you! "

"The apartment was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. Close to many attractions, transport and fabulous restaurants. The view was spectacular! Will definitely stay here again. Only suggestion- provide new coffee cups( there were only 3, 2 of which were chipped and the other a small plastic cup"
