"Before travelling to Washington I contacted the host to verify that the sofa in this unit was a pull out; we needed two sleeping areas. The host assured me that it was. "The interior of the apartment is nice and clean, however, the area is very unsafe, with drug dealing and police cars going on all night. People hung out all night right across the street, playing loud music and yelling, making it impossible to sleep through the night. "Our stay was better than I expected. The home was clean and user friendly. The second bed that was listed was actually a blow-up queen mattress but there was plenty of bedding for it. The property was in a nice area with plenty of easy parking on the street. The location gave easy access to the Metro station and downtown DC.
