"Another great stay at the Citizen M. I really like their working spaces, efficient service, cleanliness standards, comfortable and quiet rooms, fast wifi, still/sparkling water fountains and their overall model. This location doesn't have a rooftop like other locations, the gym is tiny and it will get crowded with more than four people, and customer service was a little less friendly than in other locations, but I have no complains. Every request I made from coffee to cleaning my room was met expeditiously. "

"Excellent hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here - the rooms amenties were all great - perfect comfy bed and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. They let us check in early as our room was free. We ate breakfast here everyday as they a offered a good range for decent prices. Location was good - a little walk away from the mall which we didn't mind as it good for accessing other areas such as the station / metro etc. Would definitely stay again. "
