"My plane was extremely late arriving in Austin. I arrived at the property at midnight and Raymond the host greeted me and even carried my luggage to my room. Upon entering the room it looked beautifully decorated and as the listings portrayed. Also the host had left a fruit bowl with apples, tangerines, and grapes. Also English muffins, butter and Nutella. I love everything about this property including onsite parking. I enjoyed the library of unusual books, Koi pond and the unique landscaping....

"Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. They were even making improvements for us as we arrived. Even though it is in close range to the main house we never noticed any disturbances whatsoever. Highly recommend!!"

"Great apartments, we really enjoyed the view over the food truck park and being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. Pay close attention to the instructions on how to check in and they are clear and easy. We had issues with the hot water. There was limited/no hot water at night, possibly its on an off peak timer or something. Also the shower pressure and head is terrible, the worst I have expereinced. You get a tiny square inch of water, same size as the square shower head. "
