"Loved the big open views & balcony! The pool area was amazing too!! Having a nice kitchen and in room laundry was a big bonus. The surrounding streets felt dirty, probably due to the construction in that part of town and the wind. But the property itself was kept clean. "

"Stayed here for a few days, great location, located in the centre of the cool part of Austin. Seemed to be a good spot for attendees of SXSW. The hotel was great, and I will give them kudos as they did not massively inflate prices even though SX was taking place. The staff were really nice, room large and comfortable, there's a cafe/bar connected which is convenient. Nice pool area. One thing I will say (nothing to do with the hotel itself). The area is quite noisy, some people can start to play drums outside late at night and the rooms are not soundproofed. I would stay here again, nice people, clean, cool area, close to food and coffee places. "

"Enjoyed our stay during SXSW. Room was clean and comfy. Pool area is nice. Greeted with margaritas when you check in which is a nice touch. It does get noisy at night with all the bars near the hotel. Most of them had live music during SXSW. It didn’t bother us but is worth noting. "
