"We had a group of 6 stay to enjoy downtown Austin and attend events at the convention center. The house is easily located and spacious for our group. They were very responsive when we had questions or an issue and resolved it easily."

"This was a small but very efficient house to stay. It was perfect for my weekend and very comfortable. I slept well and the bed was very comfortable. The train was noisy and shook the house but there was a fan in the closet and it drowned out the noise so I was able to sleep well. I felt safe at the property and would definitely stay again. "We stayed at the house for a few nights to visit family nearby. The backyard is a beautiful retreat. The fenced yard is wonderful if brining your pup to give them a place to wander around. The home is very clean and well maintained. The renovations at the property are very well done We will be back in March and hope to be able to use the pools and outdoor seating areas with the warmer temperatures. "

"This safe, quiet residential location can't be beat for easy strolling to cafes, restaurants, shops and music venues. The dog-friendly nature is also a big plus. We felt the place was lacking some basic amenities when we checked in, including coat hangers, facial tissues, and coffee; management was beyond gracious in getting us everything we requested in short order. All that said, the space is a little shabby: the upholstery was stained, the carpets were dirty, there was mold on the shower...

"We rent properties for short stays in Austin fairly frequently, and this was by far one the best places we have stayed. Our group included 2 adults and 3 teens/young adults. There was ample space for all, and a fun outdoor area to enjoy when 2 other family members joined us for a visit. The house has a very cool vibe, was immaculate and the pictures are very accurate. "Our stay was great and the team was fairly attentive. The property was clean and a perfect fit for our group! Only issue was that we were having hot water issues and they tried to send someone to troubleshoot. However, when their solution did not work, we did not receive any other options to fix it. Also, with the electric door code deactivating at 10 am, be sure not to leave anything behind! We were unable to open the door minutes after we left to retrieve a forgotten item. "I don’t know what it was about this house, but it felt like home. This was the second time using the Rental Club and they have been the best so far as far as stocking the house with the bare essentials. The location was great. We walked down to 1st street for coffee and some cool shops. Also walked to South Congress will absolutely look to stay here again. "
