"We enjoyed the apartment and the location. We didnt use the parking so no reviews on that. The only thing i would suggest is make sure your check out info is the same across all communication. It was a little confusing. One said if you had extra time to start the laundry (we didnt) and then anothe message said to just strip sheets. It would be great if it all said the same thing"

"The Natiivo building is conveniently located near Rainey Street. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Valet parking was fine but expensive. The unit needs some attention for issues - the shower leaks and there is a terrible smell. The smell hits you when you walk in and is either from plumbing traps drying out or problematic venting. Toilet smells leak into the entryway. "

"Business trip with a stay over for UT football. Have been at the property multiple times and it is great. This unit is very nice with some cool touches including plenty of clothes hangars! Hosts very nice and communicative"

What according to my booking should have been a two room apartment with private bathroom, twin bed in bedroom and twin bedsofa in living room turned out to be: two beedrooms in a three bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen. Sliding doors with no locks to the rooms! When complained we we’re offered a private studio with inflatable beds on the floor!!! We ended up in San Antonio at own expences, and got no refund at all!!! Please, stay away from this scam!"

"My brothers and I recently went on a tour of America, and we found this lovely place outside of 6th street. Check-in was EASY Location was fantastic The place was clean, open, tons of natural lighting and an it had an AMAZING rooftop patio. Beds and sofas were comfy, they had a large TV so we could watch the game, Go 49ers!, Great place, we loved it, and would love to stay again!"
