"We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. Hosts were super kind and responsive. The home is connected to the main home, but hosts give you all the privacy (even at the pool) that it was like you had the whole place to yourself. It’s such a gorgeous home, I was in awe. The kitchen had all the appliances you need too! Absolutely recommend staying here. Felt like a luxury hotel...

It was close enough to the convention center (short 10 minute walk), as well as the east side of the freeway I had not explored that had many more nice restaurants and bars than the busy west wide of sixth street. I was pleased with this an alternative to the expensive hotels closer to the convention center."

"We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin."

"Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. They were even making improvements for us as we arrived. Even though it is in close range to the main house we never noticed any disturbances whatsoever. Highly recommend!!"

"Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city.
