"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"Only stayed one night and had an ocean front view room which was lovely. As a non smoker you could tell that smokers had been in the room as it smelt of stale smoke which was rather unpleasant. "I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."
