Beautiful hotel My checkin staff said she will bill me for parking and gave me the pass. Well when I was leaving, it wouldn't let me out. Had to press to call someone, this lady said I was never billed and was snappy with me at the gate when I told her of what the checkin lady said. Staff should be more considerate or communicative with guest and peers. "
