"Lovely place, would defonetly recommend for a nice relaxing few nights away. Staff are great and really attentive. Breakfast was great too for £10 each 👍 Only downfall would be its a little expensive for food and drinks. £3.40 for a coke is abit silly. Again, amazing place, facilities and staff. Paid £310 for 2 night stay for 4 with 2 dogs which is reasonable compared to other similar standard stays nearby! "

"Booked the junior suite. Didnt come with a bathrobe as it stated, no fresh water in the room. Jaccuzi bath was hard to turn off due to button. No body wash in the shower bit. Other than that the place is stunning and the staff are amazing so i would go back "

"Stayed overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast rate. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, that being said it was very clean. Inner was fantastic all meals are homemade to a very high standard not a frozen item to be seen. Breakfast again was a good. Very central to the centre of Lancaster. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Great location I say about a 5 minute walk to the main attractions and a about a 2 minute walk to the pub and restaurants only one thing bad to say is they could do with the radiator on as the room got cold at night and the shower takes about 10 minutes to heat up but outh then that brilliant hotel "

"Stayed for two nights. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I had an Executive Double which was spacious with a comfortable bed. En suite was nice although took ages to get hot water and even then it wasn’t that hot. But overall we had a good stay and would definitely book again. Be aware the road up to the hotel has many large pot holes but this road isn’t owned by the hotel so nothing they can do about it. The road they own is well maintained "
