"I rarely write reviews but this place was above and beyond the average. Starting with the setting, on a babbling creek in the middle of the mountains in a small town that brings you back in time a little in a great way! The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The suite had everything you need to prepare meals(several extras as far as spices and whatnot) and the dining table looks out the window to the creek. "A wonderful stay! Lovely place, great hosts, and the beauty of Boulder all around. Even the unexpected days of snow were easy to handle (the view was gorgeous), and the hosts offered any assistance I might need. Thank you!"

"Lovely guest house in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to markets or Pearl Street. House was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely front porch and plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay again!"

"The cottage was a beautiful oasis! Very clean and serene in our favorite neighborhood in Boulder. Kristin and her family were accommodating and easy to communicate with during our stay. We hope we can use it again!"

"This place was amazing. I booked a cabin never having been to this place with the plan of proposing to my girlfriend somewhere in Estes Park, and then i got to Streamside and it was so beautiful. I really wanted to propose on the bridge over the river because it was gorgeous, especially with all the snow and frozen portions of the river, but alas, i had an umbrella full of fake rose petals to deploy as i asked my gf to marry me and i did not want to litter. "The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. "
