"This is exactly what it says: one bedroom and a bathroom, with a small entry that has a microwave and a small frig. The bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for spacious, however, or a place to sit and study, this is not the place unless you want to sit on the bed. It was perfect for our needs - because we were gone most of the day and just needed a place to sleep. I would highly recommend this for the people who need just what we did! "We had a wonderful stay at this charming VRBO. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and also gave us our space. This is a unique place in that there are two small units near to each other. They are not large, but they are well-appointed and we appreciated the modern styling and the lack of trite "Live, Love, Laugh" signage that besets many vacation rentals these days.
