"The hotel is good I received a thorough run through of facilities and restaurant timings. Comfy room my only suggestion would be that there needs to charge points and/or USB ports close to the bedside. The food was good although a limited selection both for evening meals and breakfast. Would stay again. "

"We always stay here when in Birmingham. Great hotel, in a great location. The bar is fantastic and breakfast lovely, albeit service is a little slow. The room was really cold at night though. Thankfully they’d left a bit water bottle to use "
