Excellent communication, quiet surroundings, felt very safe. Property was very clean and had plenty of linens. Would recommend to anyone and will look to stay again."

"Very nice place to stay if you need to stay overnight in London. Location is perfect, only 5mins away from the tube and Tower Bridge, and 2 minutes away from the DLR. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, I’ll probably be coming back next time I need to stay in London. "Very central location. Apartments could do with a bit of tlc and better lighting as all rooms were really dark! Lamps in all of the rooms would make a huge difference. Sofa bed mattress springs were exposed and uncomfortable so a topper is needed. "

"What an amazing hotel in the heart of theatre land. If you want spend time in your room then this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are clean, quiet and a place to lay your head. We personally found the bed too low but that’s an age thing. Would stay there again."

"Great hotel in the middle of the city, very accessible via the tube and buses. The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby, but they kept the site neat and safe. the only downfall was the bar and bar staff, they have no idea on what Customer Service is or needs to be, waited at the bar for almost 20 minutes while other customers were being serve by the staff. "
