"Clean and located in a delicious and delightful and wonderfully safe area - we had the best time and had everything we needed! Every bakery and coffee and store was dreamy!!!"

"Right in the middle of Notting Hill & Portobello Market. Definitely noisy, and you can hear the stalls being set up in the morning, but it's worth it to be so close to everything. Great pubs, restaurants, and shopping out the front door."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very spacious property, towels and bedding very fresh. The surrounding areas had excellent bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. There are also many shops close by. The only negative to this property in our opinion was the lack of seating in the lounge. The settee pictured on the website is not in the property, instead a settee which we couldn’t use as too low down, we just sat the dining table (not ideal). "The property is great though a bit quirky (but not unexpected due to the age of townhouse). Didn’t realize there are 3 levels, but not a problem. Table and chairs in kitchen are too large for the space and crowd the otherwise very usable, extremely well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for a family of 4 adults and a teen to relax after sight seeing. Very well stocked with paper goods, soaps and lotions. 3 full and 1half baths! Recommend this very nice townhouse!"

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Very smart property. My bed was super comfortable and sheets crisp and clean. I thought there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. Bathroom needed more of a deeper clean like there was a huge dusty cobweb above the blind. We noticed lots of little flies in th kitchen area, but maybe they came in when the patio door was open… overall it was very nice. Communication with the management was excellent"

"Laura was an outstanding host. She had a magnificent gift basket with snacks and the best brioche bread. She made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything.The property was excellent for our stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law.The location being close to the Kensal Green tube made getting around the city very easy. "

It would have been nice if there was a shower curtain in the upstairs, shared bathroom but that didn't present any difficult issues for us.The local area was just alright for us. "Great for an overnight airport stay. But even though it’s a short distance from the airport, getting there is challenging as with any Heathrow airport hotel. The airport’s hotel shuttle service only comes every half hour snd services what seems to be all of the major hotels in the area, uber which is much faster can be 30-40 pounds during peak hours. "

"Myself and my friend stayed here from Friday until sunday. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was very clean and there was alot of choice at breakfast. The hotel itself is right near big ben transport links really good. The only issue was there was no plugs next to your bed to charge your devices only under the TV which is on the other side of the room. Apart from that we would definitely stay again. "

Great room size

"Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. The room size was great. Large windows, high ceilings, modern bathroom. Breakfast was a little undercooked and choices were abundant but the same day after day. Great coffee. The hairdryer is a full throated unit that actually dries your hair. Great location."

Over night stay

"Really modern whilst keeping it modest and simple. Bed and bathroom, all you need. Lovely friendly staff from the door to the desk. The only downside was there is a club downstairs (we didn’t know when booking) and my god the girl with the mic and the music kept us awake all hours. If I’d known I would have brought ear plugs and I’m sure it would have been ok. "
