"I had to laugh at the name, but it turns out it is the last name of the person who started the hotel and the college. It was a short walk to the British museum, which i recommend. Lots of character and very comfortable. "

"Another comfortable stay at this brilliant hotel. Have stayed here many times, usually a couple of times a month for several years now. Cleanliness is 100%. The showers are absolutely sparkling, the rooms are very well equipped with a working tv, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities , wall mounted fan and even a bottle opener. Beds are good quality as is the white bedding and towels. The hotel is a couple of hundred yards from Marble Arch tube station at the west end of Oxford Street. "
