"Nice property. Yet king mattress needed changing as springs were bad. Staff in reception was cold. Staff in spa were not motivated. When I asked for glass of water they pointed to where the glasses were. And when I entered they did no effort to accompany to show facilities. Breakfast was very good. "

"All of the staff we dealt with were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was terrific - much to choose from and the variety of fresh fruit provided was great. We loved staying at this Hotel - it was a perfect base for us while attending a sporting event in Santiago"

An exceptional home away from home!

"We couldn’t have picked a better hotel than the Solace!!! Felipe and Kevin were at the front desk when we checked in.. Both of them were so helpful, and were amazingly accommodating! It was early morning.. They gave us our room and complimentary breakfast, which was totally unexpected! We hadn’t slept for well over 24 hours and just to get in a room to plug in our cell phones was greatly appreciated! After an entire day of touring Santiago with the guide, we came back to the room. It was a quiet and peaceful place to call home. We went to the rooftop bar for drinks and snacks, which was lovely. The servers there were also wonderful, especially Anderson. Nobody was swimming, but the pool looked really inviting. Breakfast had a lot of variety and there was availability of all the types of coffees and cappuccinos 24/7! There was ample water in the fridge in our room +2 cans of complementary sodas plus Lavazzo coffee plus the coffee machine in our room. We did not use it because there was ample coffee downstairs. Our room was spacious., quiet and the view was beautiful. I was sorry we couldn’t stay longer. However, we will return."
