"Would have been nice if there were toiletries in the room available. I received an email several hours prior to my arrival asking if I need anything, let them know. My reply was never responded to. Must not of been an actual message, more like it was an automated message to all guests. Late night check in, exhausted from traveling, was a bit disappointed credit card machines weren’t functioning. Almost couldn’t get in my room without posting the $100 deposit "

"We stayed when we came in town to see a show at the Ice House. Extremely convenient for that and decent walking distance to Old Town Pasadena that is very walkable and a lot to do. The responsiveness of the staff has been quite poor. They do not answer the phone or emails. "
