"My family which included 4 adult couples and 2 children ages 6 & 8 had a wonderful winter weekend with tubing and skiing!! The house was very nice, cozy and spacious. The downstair bedrooms were great for my daughter and her kids. The boys really enjoyed the pinball machine and the electronic game table.It was great being able to eat together at the huge dining room table and the adults enjoyed playing games at night.This house would also be a great summer getaway too. Fully stocked with anything you’d need during your stay - great touches like coffee, garbage bags, paper towels, spices for cooking, plenty of towels/toilet paper, YouTube TV log in, really comfortable beds and soft sheets! "Beautiful home with an excellent location to Holimont ski resort. Just a few minutes away. A short walk to shopping and restaurants. Open space living and was very comfortable for our party of 9. Will stay again when in town. "

"Ellicotville Chalet was the perfect place for our family trip. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 14. The location was perfect, only a very short drive to Holiday Valley Resort. The only reason I marked a 4 for cleanliness was because we had to wash the pans, cups and silverware before we used them because they had food on them or were dirty. The same with the stove. The floors were a little messy and the fireplace had ashes and the ash bucket was filled to the rim....

"This place was amazing for me and my buddies on our annual ski trip at holiday valley. It was easily the nicest place we've gotten while coming the last 3 years. Also being a 2 min drive from the rental place I go to and 5 min to the main lodge, the location was perfect too. Decent sized hot-tub and the property owner was very attentive."

The upstairs has no fan for the bathroom or bedroom and it gets very hot at night in the upstairs bedroomGame room was super fun . Could have used more firewood for the stove but so nice to be by the fire. Overall a great space to use. "
