"We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on this property. The house is absolutely adorable, clean and very spacious! We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! Kitchen was perfect for preparing food and the fire pit was great for a fall evening. A special thank you to Lori for her excellent communication and thoughtfulness☺️"

"My family and I were so impressed with this house. The accommodations and location are some of the best at Chautauqua Lake. The house was big enough that my family was able to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen is the perfect spot for entertainment and so big that we were able to cook dinners easily. Communication with the owner was perfect. There was one problem that we had when we arrived there were no trash bags and the owner had it fixed quickly. The only feedback I would give is...

"Nice clean house in a nice neighborhood to just go for a walk.. This was a short drive to ski slopes. Kitchen had a small garbage can, so we utilized a springform laundry basket we had and bought clips to attach a garbage bag to it. "

"Very nice spot for three couples to come and unwind. The sunroom provided an excellent view of the lake and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There was plenty of room for six adults. The outdoor fire pit was a plus due to cooler weather in October. Location was perfect for a quick grocery run in Jamestown or a short drive to restaurant options. Lisa was courteous and quick to respond. Overall, a nice traditional lake house. "
