Loved the warm cookies on check in for Honors Members. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the 24/7 free coffee/tea/cocoa was perfect! Doubletree never disappoints!

This is a nice place especially if you get a suite. The beds are not really that great because the mattresses have depressions on each side. Next time I will ask for the room with the best bed mattress because by night four we were hurting. The pillows are super awesome!!

Hotel was very cleaned & maintained and we had a very nice King room. The only thing that was kind of a let down was the "free" internet you had to sign up for Hilton Honors (that was also free) but free internet access only lasted 7 hours? Should had lasted to the morning you checked out. Internet was not available the morning we checked out unless you signed back in which at this pt we did not.

We only stayed for one night after an exhausting day of travel. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was amazing. The room was clean. My husband and I have CPAP machines, so we need outlets to power them at night. There were more than enough outlets in the room. We really loved our stay. If we swing through Jamestown again, we know where we are staying.

Hotel Great. Food, not so much.

The accommodations were great, but the restaurant was just so-so. French Toast was hard, and hash browns were not heated through. Breakfast was affordable, though, just $16 to add two breakfasts to the room

Using your room key to access the upper floors of the elevator provided an added sense of security Having a more comfortable lounge chair in the room would be nice. Also having an ottoman for your feet would be a plus.
