"Hotel was perfectly situated for city centre trip & stay Nice basic hotel & very clean, would stay again. Unfortunately the safe did not work & was a concern when leaving the room mentioned to reception but couldn’t be fixed as parts come from Germany. I also emailed the hotel through Hotels . Com inquiring about car parking but no response was received. Paid £35 to park at NCP Great Northern Dick Turpin car parks only to find out arriving at hotel they have an underground car park....

Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport by IHG

"Seems like the property was billed as having an airport shuttle, but it did not. The taxi that took me 1 mile to my hotel cost 20 pounds (something I hadn't factored into my budget). Then to get back to the airport was another 14 pounds. I think next time I will be staying at the IBIS, which is right across the street from the terminal. "
