"Location is definitely a plus; the property is located in Little Italy, next to plenty of dining options and walkable strees. The property itself is just a place to stay for shower and bed, no breakfast. The rooms are small, very basic, the building is old, but maintained. The hotel doesn't have a parking, they offer a parking that is 4 blocks away, but there is a hight limit. Guests with large SUVs cannot be accommodated. That was our struggle, we found another parking, a bit more expensive....

"I really loved this hotel! Out of all the hotels I’ve been in this has been the most easiest, cleanest, and most affordable hotel I’ve stayed at. The only thing I can say about this is the thickness of the walls. The first night whoever our neighbors were were up partying, laughing & yelling up until 4:30a. I’m pregnant, so I fell asleep around 10pm & I couldn’t sleep since I could hear them right next to our beds. The following night was the same only the were in the hallway & one of them was...

"Really nice hotel with beautiful water views. Beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Firefly restaurant was good and the staff were really nice. Only one complaint is their is only one laundry room on thd hotel site and if you are staying in room number in the 1000 range you have to walk over to the other side of the buildings to use the laundry room. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. "
