En route from the Chamipions league final to the Nations league games. I ended up with an upgrade from this apartment to one near Baixa area which was superb-clean, spacious and great location. Thank you for that!!

We loved the style and location. There’s loads of space and enjoyed our freshly delivered breakfast. Didn’t particularly like the check-In experience and we had a couple of things in the apartment that needed attention but it was dealt with very swiftly.

Overall very bad experience. The apartment wasn't clean and we informed them (call + message). They were very sorry but nothing happens. The first day the floor was dirty and full of sand, the chairs and kitchen counter were sticky. Also a lot of cigarettes butt on the balcony (supposed to be a smoke free apartment) and a Chewing gum stuck on the window. We tried to clean the kitchen with water and paper but cleaning product was needed. The second day, the floor was clean but the rest was still filthy. So I emailed them as they ask me to do. The next day the housekeeper didn't even show up and they took 2 days to reply (our last day) saying "we are sorry we'll talk with our housekeeper manager". Anyway if you end up with the room with the chewing-gum stick on a window, I'll advise you to bleach the whole place... Also you need to be very hammered or very tired to be able to fall asleep with all the noise outside (bars + clubs until 6am), earplugs don't work. Mistake can be made but when you inform the staff the issue you have (twice!) by phone, message chat and email and nothing is done... Well it's just not worth it.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, near the rail and metro stations and close to bus and tram routes. The downside is, that although it is on a pedestrian street with several bars and restaurants, they stay open until 4am and the noise makes it impossible to sleep

Place was exactly as pictured!! Self check-in was a breeze!! And best of all was the awesome location!!!! Only a block away from Metro/Train Station, 2 blocks away from the water, centrally located to all the sites (all walking distance) and all the evening entertainment one could ask for literally at your doorstep!! Our unit and bedroom were facing the street....but noise was never an issue....as soon as you closed the new thick double glazed windows and the thick indoor window shutters!

I loved the unit itself, layout and amenities were just what I was expecting based on the details on hotels.com. It was right in the middle much visited part of night life area of downtown Lisbon so it was loud from late night though 7am every day. I expected and knew that so it didn’t bother me. Cleaning crew was awesome. The only down side was that the checking kiosk did not work and getting in touch with the customer support team using the kiosk or the phone in the hallway did not work at all. I had to use my cell data to call them. They resolved best they could by email and eventually by connecting by phone call but it was an ordial. They also wanted me to pay the city tax before letting me into the unit first which was annoying since their kiosk was not working and it took an hour for me to get into the unit after a long flight. Dishwasher wasn’t ran properly by the people who were there before my stay, the washing machine unit was outside on a patio hidden with no instructions on how to find it. Perhaps it’s usually known it would be there if you’re a local but as an American I had no idea lol. It’s located right next to famous time out market, steps away from metro, ferry and train. Fridgid AC units worked really well, it was a very welcoming during the hot summer time visit to Lisbon.

Apartment was very close to a lively area for bars and restaurants Bedrooms were at the back of the apartment so could not hear too much of the lively nightlife if you did want to retire earlier Large apartment with almost everything you could need - a kettle would have been good ! as there were instructions for a kettle assume there had been one ! Very close to a main train station so getting about was very easy Loved the location and would definitely stay again

The machine in the lobby is for scanning your passport and checking in, and it took the caretaker to chat on the attached phone to help sort it out. Once in, the place was big and in a very lively part of town. Not quite all the cups, glasses etc. that I would expect, but a nice place to stay.

Functional stay with some challenges
Although a good central location, The apartments are slap bang in the middle of the busiest late night party street in Lisbon. It didn’t cause us too many issues but is worth knowing that the line for the club opposite starts on your doorstep. The check in process is via a touch screen, which ended up being pretty onerous and needed a couple of phone calls to a remote support person to complete the process. The apartment was pretty functional, although both bedrooms had 2 single beds pushed together. I don’t remember being able to specify, but I think it’s fair to have assumed one bedroom would come with a double or queen. Outside of that, the apartment was clean and was serviced daily. It was a functional stay but we took the opportunity to move into a hotel immediately afterwards instead of extending.

Good apartment but be aware of some issues
The automatic check in took almost an hour because the machine was not working so we need to conenct with the 24 service that finaly overrode the machine. The location is a PRO and Con, during the day is central and easy access to all places. The hotel is locate in a street that is close to cars and has many restaurantes and bars. our apto was in the second floor so at night the music was loud an all the street noise could be heard in the apto. there was a fight one of the nights and we could heard all the commotion. The apto was a perfect size for 3. nice beds and many ammenities that we did not use. I would use it again only if garanty a top floor but be aware no elevator.

It was a little difficult to first get into building. Outside of building is very dated. However, rooms are excellent and hotel is close to water. Right across front nightclub that goes till 4am

Wonderful Stay!
Right in the heart of the city close to all attractions and located in a vibrant street, full of bars, restaurants and night clubs. Would highly recommend staying here. It is a bit noisy at night, but super clean and tidy!
