This was our first trip to Lisbon (we will be back) and we felt like we had won the lottery with our hotel. The lobby, the rooms, the grounds and the dining were superb (we still miss the breakfast buffet) and the staff were incredible and helpful. This is a great hotel. We will be staying here again.

Wow! This hotel surpassed our expectations in every way. Staff was wonderful, the property was beautiful and we felt truly pampered. The room with garden view was large and beautiful and the bathroom was really nice with one of the best showers we have encountered away from home

Lapa Palace great place to stay while in Lisbon
We absolutely loved this hotel. First off it’s a beautiful Palace that has been restored and also on a street with many embassies. So it’s in a residential area, which makes it quiet from the busy city life . The service was amazing.

Nice and quiet location, and good pool area. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Installations (shower in particular) are somewhat dated and not exactly up to par with the standards one could expect at a daily rate of EUR 600.
