"We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon. "

The staff are all wonderful, and the extensive breakfast buffet is also a great plus (even a pianist performs each morning during the buffet). The windows had shutters and velvet curtains which blocked any noise. The were plenty of electric sockets. The bed was big and comfortable.
