"While the four seasons chain is well known for their "over the top" service, this hotel and staff take that concept to a new high. their attention to detail, and their true talent at delighting their customers to the point of making each one feel like royalty is truly breathtakingly incredible. they blew us away. this experience is incredible, and a real gift to humanity. thank you. it probably goes without say that the hotel is stunning, perfectly located, rooms incredibly comfortable, public areas are an experience of their own, and Spa services are a true delight, probably the best i have experienced anywhere in the world. this was my second stay, so i can say that this was not a one time luck - they have mastered the hospitality concept and turned it into a science. well done!! we will be back, for sure. The hotel ticked every box—beautiful rooms, top-notch service, and an unbeatable location. A special shoutout to Marcel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. The breakfast crew were also amazing, ensuring a delicious and well-organised start to each day. One small piece of feedback: it would be great if the vegan hot dishes were separated from the non-vegan ones to avoid cross-contamination, and similarly, if the cheeses were placed apart from the cold meats. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay, especially as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. Thank you, Ikonic Parlament, for making it so special. "

"It was a great stay. The location was the best, i had no problems during my stay. The room was very nice and clean, the staff was mostly friendly. The only thing i can say is that event though it was off season and the hotel was clearly not fully booked, they didnt let me extend checkout time even for an hour. Sometimes you just have to take initiative to help out a solo traveler whos been there a few days with no problems, no requests…"
