A special shoutout to Marcel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. The breakfast crew were also amazing, ensuring a delicious and well-organised start to each day. One small piece of feedback: it would be great if the vegan hot dishes were separated from the non-vegan ones to avoid cross-contamination, and similarly, if the cheeses were placed apart from the cold meats. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay, especially as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. Thank you, Ikonic Parlament, for making it so special. "

"A great location for a hotel, the pre arrival team made me very welcome. Checkin was seamless, room was available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."

"It was a great stay. The location was the best, i had no problems during my stay. The room was very nice and clean, the staff was mostly friendly. The only thing i can say is that event though it was off season and the hotel was clearly not fully booked, they didnt let me extend checkout time even for an hour. Sometimes you just have to take initiative to help out a solo traveler whos been there a few days with no problems, no requests…"
